Schooling

I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of San Diego with a Double Major in Ethnic Studies and Psychology.

​I earned my Master of Science Degree from California State University, Fullerton in Counseling. 

Experience

Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I gained over 3,000 hours of therapy experience in my internship.
After completion of these hours, I passed two State licensing exams for my LMFT, as well as one State and one National licensing exam for my LPCC.
During my time as an intern and licensed clinician I have gained experience in many settings, including:
  • Private Practice
  • University Counseling Center
  • In-Patient Mental Health Hospital
  • City Community Center
  • Non-Profit
  • School-Based K-12 Mainstream 
  • School-Based K-12 Special Education/IEP
  • Continuation High School
